Background
Calvary Chapel Treasure Valley is a non-denominational Christian fellowship in Boise, ID. Their web site primarily serves both visitors who are interested in finding out more about the Bible, the church itself, and visitors who already attend the fellowship or regularly utilize its resources.

We designed the site to support the diverse visitor types through an intellegently structured navigation system to insure visitors did not become disoriented on the relatively large site. We also incorporated the following features to support Calvary Chapel's goals:
- Dynamic RSS content for front page sections.
These sections are updated
from remote RSS feeds so
content automatically
changes on a periodic
basis.
- Blogs integrated into their site design facilitating interactive communication with their visitors. We also provided the ability for visitors to subscribe to their blog posts and podcasts and include them on their Yahoo, Google, AOL, or other homepage or to have their articles updated automatically in MS Outlook.
- Standard formatting of their large libraries of streaming mp3 audio messages and podcast broadcast of multiple weekly published streams.
- Full site indexing and search functionality.
Calvary Chapel's website is especially focused on providing quality content to educate visitors. For new visitors this information includes a broad spectrum of information, from the basic tenants of Christianity to the specifics of what makes this particular fellowship unique.
