Setting up a custom html email signature in Microsoft Outlook Email or bookmark this page

1. Save the .html file we emailed to you to your Windows desktop.

2. In MS Outlook go to Tools -> Options then choose the Mail Format Tab. Then press the Signatures button.

3. In the Create Signatures window press the New button.

4. Type a name for your new signature, make sure the "Use this file as a template:" button is selected, and press Browse.

Navigate to the .html file containing your custom signature and select it.

5. Insure that the path appears, then select Next.

6. You'll see the first part of your new signature. Do not press any of the edit buttons on this page. Just click Finish. Then OK on the next Window.

7. Make sure your new signature is selected for "Signature for new messages:" Then press OK. Your new signature will now be automatically inserted when you create a new email message in Outlook (Note: you can delete the html file you saved to your desktop or save it in a different location as a backup).
