Adding your personal
contact information to a custom signature in Microsoft Outlook 2003
1. You will first need the file containing the code for your custom signature template. Save this file on computer at a location you can remember for the remaining steps.
2. In MS Outlook go to Tools -> Options then choose the Mail Format Tab. Then press the Signatures button.

3. In the Create Signatures window press the New button.

4. Type a name for your new signature, make sure the "Use this file as a template" button is selected. Press browse and locate the html file you saved in step 1, then press next.

5. You'll now see a window that contains graphics and other formatted information.

6. Just highlight and type over the sections that need modifying.

Click the "Finish" button when you're done with modifications. Then click "OK" on the next screen.
7. ensure your New Signature is selected to automatically be inserted when you send a new message. Then press "OK" to finish.
