Doug Case is the founder of Risingline and serves as both creative and technical director. Prior to Risingline, Doug spent 15 years in technical sales, primarily with MicronPC (later renamed MPC Computers). His roles with MPC included sales manager, Air Force account executive, and Federal channel account executive. Doug’s tenure in the corporate IT marketplace was marked with consistent success in developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, including his contribution to MicronPC’s award and performance on the Air Force $1 billion Desktop 5, and IT-BPA contracts.

Doug's experience in software development began with a Commodore 128 in the mid 80's and he has personally designed and developed countless Web sites and applications over the years. Doug is an accomplished graphic designer and creative director specializing in concise modern corporate branding and with superior usability.

Doug received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, graduating magna cum laude with presidential honors, from Lewis-Clark State.
