We sell accessibility as part of our service, so this site is held to the same standard as the sites we build for clients. This statement describes that standard, how we maintain it, and how to tell us if we've fallen short.
Our commitment
Risingline is committed to making this website usable by the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We treat accessibility as an ongoing practice, not a one-time checklist.
The standard we build to
This site is designed, built, and tested against ADA accessibility standards, as defined by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). In practice, that means the site operates by keyboard, reads correctly to screen readers, holds sufficient color contrast, manages focus visibly, labels its forms, and describes its meaningful images.
Ongoing efforts
Because we manage this site's content ourselves, every new page, image, and form is built and tested against the same standard rather than only at launch. We test with automated tools and manual keyboard and screen-reader review, and we correct issues as part of our normal maintenance.
Third-party content and limitations
Some components are provided by third parties, including our embedded contact form and our cookie-consent tool. We choose accessible providers wherever possible, but we don't fully control the code these services inject, and their accessibility can change without notice. If a third-party component creates a barrier, contact us and we'll work to provide the information or function another way.
