Management

Your site, looked after for as long as you stay. A website doesn't stop needing work the day it launches. It needs hosting you don't have to think about, security that doesn't depend on you remembering to update something, and content that stays current without turning into a project. At Risingline, all of that lives inside one ongoing engagement. One team handles it. One email reaches them.

Where the work usually lands

In a typical arrangement, the site is built by one company, hosted by a second, and looked after by whoever has time. After launch, the builder moves on. The host is responsible for the server, not the pages on it. Everything else (security patches, accessibility checks, privacy updates, content changes) lands on your desk, wedged between the work your business exists to do. And when something breaks, you're the one who has to figure out whose fault it is before anyone will fix it.

We organize around a simpler idea: the team that built the site stays responsible for it. That team is us. And you reach us through one person.

One person to reach

Your dedicated account managers are real people, U.S. based, senior designers and developers who already know your site. When a new hire needs a photo and bio on the team page, you send one email. Your account manager makes the change, checks it against the same accessibility and security standards the site was built to, and replies when it's live.

There is no ticket queue, no chatbot, no portal to learn. You don't install updates, you don't approve patches, and you don't keep track of a dashboard password you never wanted. You have enough passwords. This is a direct relationship with the person responsible for the work.

What's included

Everything your site needs after launch sits inside the engagement. Nothing is unbundled, and nothing is sold back to you later as an add-on.

Hosting and infrastructure

We run the servers ourselves. Every site is encrypted, firewalled, monitored for malware around the clock, and backed up daily to off-site storage. When software underneath needs patching, we patch it. You're never asked to approve an update, because that's what you hired us to handle.

Security through subtraction

Our sites carry no CMS backend, no plugins, and no login screens. We host no forms that collect personal data, and no payment processing runs on our infrastructure. Most break-ins arrive through the software we leave out. Removing it isn't a tradeoff. It's the security model.

Accessibility, maintained

Every page is built and tested against ADA (WCAG) accessibility standards. That work doesn't stop at launch. New photos, new text, new sections added over the years go through the same checks as the original build. Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time checklist.

Privacy practices, kept current

State privacy laws have been changing steadily, and more states adopt their own each year. Your site carries the practices shared across the major state laws, and we update those practices as the rules move. You don't need to track the legislation. That's our side of the work.

Content changes by email

When the site needs to say something new, you send an email. The same people who built the page make the change and reply when it's live.

Search structure

The site's underlying structure and markup stay clean and readable for search engines, as pages are added and changed over years. It's not a separate service. It's part of building and maintaining a site properly.

If your site lives somewhere else today

Switching starts with one email. We inventory what you have, rebuild on our infrastructure, and handle the cutover. Your site stays reachable while it happens. You tell us what's working and what isn't. The rest of the move is ours.

Talk to us about your site

Tell us where your site lives now and who's looking after it. We'll give you a straight answer on whether we're a good fit. If we're not, we'll say so.
